Money, as an index to mediate exchanges and a measure to measure the value of goods and a means to store value, has been of interest to mankind since ancient times. In examining the history of the evolution of money, we come across a type of money called cryptocurrency, unlike other currencies, the issuance of cryptocurrencies is not under the authority of a specific government, and it shortens the hands of governments from interfering in financial issues. Accordingly, a special effort is required to check the legitimacy of their use. In this article, while explaining the jurisprudential nature and common understanding of cryptocurrencies and analyzing how it works and stating its advantages and disadvantages, firstly, the possibility of realizing titles such as ownership of cryptocurrencies was analyzed and then by proving the ownership of cryptocurrencies and also explaining Their nature, transaction formats have been explained. In the analysis of the jurisprudential nature of transactions carried out by cryptocurrencies, it can be concluded that titles such as sale, peace and even indefinite contract can also be applied to this type of transactions. The authors of this research believe that, contrary to popular opinion, it is possible to promise the authenticity of transactions based on cryptocurrencies.
