The research method is content analysis and tries to seek an answer to the question. It is shown that the Islamic government is a divine trust and is characterized by piety, justice, trustfulness among the rulers and their responsiveness to the people, the necessity of safeguarding the system and people’s votes if the Islamic government is to be sustained.
