Abstract

Considering that in jurisprudential books, it is only stated that there are indications of the traditions concerning infidelity and there is not enough discussion about the concept, the term, the jurisprudential ruling and its arguments; this article has been written to complete the defect in this topic. For this purpose, the term "conjunction" is firstly has been meaning, then it has been said that the intention of the subject is a condition for the fulfillment of the title of infidelity. In order to reach the absolute jurisprudential ruling of infidels, due to the different sources of jurisprudence, the expression and analysis of the verses, narrations and the rule of negation of the mastery have been discussed, and stated if the followings and similarities of the infidels are only taken from their disbelief and their rituals are condemned to reverence, and if they are not part of their rites, they are not lawful, but they cannot be rebuked, but they should be disgusted. Accordingly, if the passage of time results in the exclusion of the infidels and the slogan of the infidels, then the sanction will be eliminated because the subject of the sentence has been ruled out.
