Abstract

One of the important principles of Jurisprudence that Retrieved from in Theological issues is Non-Muslim's Obligation to Ancillaries that has been discussed by Imami Jurisprudence from a long time ago. Jurists believe that infidels bound to Ancillaries. In the present research, authors were realized with considering the reasons of two famous believes that the reasons of Jurists that don't believe that infidels bound to Ancillaries has been reinforced the theory of the absence of obligation, or, we can Establish a relationship between two opinions that there difference are not fundamental, because Non-Muslim's Obligation to Ancillaries is on the way of the three obligation to principles and believes and infidels will punish because lack of there faith.
