Caricature juridical study based on the Desecration of Sanctities principle

Abstract

Nowadays, Caricature Considered as an accepted fields and one of the best ways of communication. This field of art contains several type of it, Including face or political caricature. The purpose of caricature often associated with the development of thinking in the audience. the birthplace of this art is the recent century  in the West  Unlike the claims of some dating back more than a thousand years ago. because of the caricature based on unlimited boundaries than the religious values, so we have to see the possibility of extending the caricature if it will be possible in Islamic society or not? The important question is that can we condemn it to be prohibited and unlawful or we should to separate between different types of it?
Some commands to prohibition of extending the caricature, cited on prohibition of drawing the living things or Harassment of believers, that each of this reasons is Limited or wider than the claim. The Desecration of sanctities principle which is accepted by Jurists could be a strong and important reason to probation of this free and unlimited art in Islamic society based on values. At first the research tries to study and analyst the reasons of the principle after that relying on findings, declare that the caricature is one of samples of the principle, or not
