Abstract

The meaning of“mutual infliction of damage” is different from “damage”; i.e. It ‎means “Putting somebody in a pinch” that originates from the human spirit toabuse ‎People. The use of this word in Quran and narrationhas this implication.
Sometimes ‎the mutual infliction of damage is concurrent with physical and spiritual damage and ‎the use of this word by somebody has ledthey are the same, although in many cases it ‎isn’t concurrent withphysical and spiritual damage. Statementof prophet of Islam ‎‎(May the blessing and peace of Allah be upon him and his progeny) is fordenying the ‎harm or damage in Islamand for approval damage and institutionmutual infliction of ‎damage that implies illegitimacy ofmutual infliction of damage and damage in social ‎relationship.
